WCSU Mens Rugby had a very good season...(sorry for the lack of updates) They made the playoffs for the first time in 4 years showing great improvement. They fell short in this playoff game but made huge improvements year over year. We look forward to the same level of improvement going into next year. 

2013 is a very important year for WCSU Men's Rugby as they will be celebrating 25 years!! We would like to have people's input as to what they would like to see out of the club, it's alumni, parents of present and former players, and the school. Also you will need to fill out your school club registration info as well as your CIPP form. Please contact Xavier if you have any questions. The forms can be found on the Team Page of this website. If you can't print them Xavier can get them to you in an email.

WCSU RFC has left the long time confines of NERFU and joined an up and coming D3 union called NEWCRC. The New England Wide Collegiate Rugby Coference (www.newcrc.org) is an independent Div III collegiate conference for both Men's and Women's rugby. A large number of Div III schools from NERFU and Met NY have migrated to this conference as it lines up better with the goals of USA Rugby.


Practice is Tues, Wed, Thurs, nights at 7pm on the West Side Campus.

If you are a player please go to the Team page and then go to CIPP & School Club Registration. Bring all these forms filled out to practice!!!

From Denise Chance our Trainer: Injury Call hours... 
Injury Call begins Sunday, September 18, 2011 at 1:00 p.m.  The scheduled dates and times for Injury Call during the Fall 2011 semester will be:
Sundays 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Wednesdays 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

SCAT: If you have any players and team members that are new, they must take the SCAT before participating in any event.  Please have anyone that has not taken the SCAT see me during injury call.

Danbury Rugby has secured a relationship with a gym, Danbury Sport & Wellness. It can be seen from the highway by exit 7. It is $30 per month for Rugby players or anyone who is part of the rugby community.

Directions: From I-84 east or west, Exit7 (Route 7 North), take the first exit off Exit 7 (exit 11)
take a right at the end of the ramp, at your third light take a left (hotel will be in front of you)
