Hello all, the fall is behind us and thoughts of training and the spring schedule are right in front of us. I hope you are all running and recruiting. It should be a real exciting spring.

WINTER BANQUET IS THIS COMING SATURDAY AT 4PM @ O'BRIENS

The long awaitied Winter Dinner Extravaganza is fastly approaching, as a matter of fact it is this Saturday ??. It will be at O'Briens on Lake Ave at 4pm. Cost is $15 per person and each player can bring 2 guests. If you aren't going to bring any guests let Xavier know in case others want to bring more than 2.



Practice is Tues, Wed, Thurs, nights at 7pm on the West Side Campus.

If you are a player please go to the Team page and then go to CIPP & School Club Registration. Bring all these forms filled out to practice!!!

From Denise Chance our Trainer: Injury Call hours... 
Injury Call begins Sunday, September 18, 2011 at 1:00 p.m.  The scheduled dates and times for Injury Call during the Fall 2011 semester will be:
Sundays 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Wednesdays 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

SCAT: If you have any players and team members that are new, they must take the SCAT before participating in any event.  Please have anyone that has not taken the SCAT see me during injury call.

Danbury Rugby has secured a relationship with a gym, Danbury Sport & Wellness. It can be seen from the highway by exit 7. It is $30 per month for Rugby players or anyone who is part of the rugby community.

Directions: From I-84 east or west, Exit7 (Route 7 North), take the first exit off Exit 7 (exit 11)
take a right at the end of the ramp, at your third light take a left (hotel will be in front of you)
Pass Harley Davidson on the left and take your first right at the next light (Honda will be in front of you). The gym will be on the right hand side about a quarter mile up. www.sportandwellness.net
